After struggling for nearly three decades with alcohol and drug addiction, I faced severe anxiety, panic attacks, and was eventually housebound by agoraphobia for nearly two years. But four years ago, I began a path to sobriety, reclaiming my health, mind, and spirit.
I had always believed that becoming a mom wasn't possible for me—until a major shift in my mindset and lifestyle changed everything. After getting sober, I got pregnant at 43 and gave birth to my son, a miracle that showed me how much our minds and bodies can transform when we align them with our goals and take charge of our health.
